Gift Voucher Refund Policy
This policy outlines how we handle refunds and exchanges for gift vouchers purchased online from Our Norfolk. By purchasing a voucher, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Gift Voucher Terms
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.
• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
• Once expired, the voucher cannot be redeemed, extended, or replaced.
2. Incorrect or Duplicate Orders
If you purchase a voucher in error (e.g. duplicate order or incorrect amount), please contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@ournorfolk.co.uk so we can review and, if appropriate, issue a refund or replacement.
3. Damaged or Lost Vouchers
We are unable to replace lost, stolen, or damaged physical vouchers. For digital vouchers, please contact us with proof of purchase and we will do our best to assist.
4. Faulty Payments or Technical Errors
If a payment fails but funds have been taken, please contact us immediately at hello@ournofolk.co.uk and we’ll investigate and issue a refund if applicable.
5. Events & Experiences
If your voucher is for a specific event or experience (e.g. Afternoon Tea, Hotel break, etc.) and the event is cancelled by us, we will offer an alternative date or refund the voucher in full.
6. How Refunds Are Processed
If a refund is approved, it will be made to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
