Our Coffee Club is an exclusive membership available to members of the Our Norfolk Loyalty Scheme. Becoming a member of Our Coffee Club takes just a few minutes. Here’s how:

Click “Join Now” and enter your first name, last name, email address, and phone number.
Set Up Your
Direct Debit
After registering, check your inbox for a link to set up your direct debit. Once we receive your payment details, we’ll confirm your membership via email.
Start Enjoying
Your Coffee
Your membership activates within 48 hours. Open the Our Norfolk app > My Account > My Loyalty Card to find your Coffee Club QR code. Show it at any of our 11 venues to claim your coffees.

When can I start using my membership?
Your membership is active within 48 hours of completing your payment. You can grab your first coffees straight away!
How do I claim my coffees?
Simply show your confirmation email or scan your Our Norfolk Loyalty QR code at any of our participating venues. It’s that easy!
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Your subscription is flexible and can be cancelled at any time through your Stripe account dashboard.
Do my two coffees roll over if I don’t use them?
No, they don’t. Your daily coffee allowance resets each day, so make sure to use them!
Which venues can I visit?
You can use your membership at all 11 Our Norfolk Group venues.
